Assigning Permission Sets

Step by step

Follow these steps in Salesforce Setup to assign a CallCore permission set to one or more users.

1. Open Setup Click the gear icon (⚙) in the top-right corner of any Salesforce page and choose Setup.

2. Find Permission Sets In the Quick Find box on the left, type Permission Sets and click the matching result under Users.

3. Open the permission set Click the name of the permission set you want to assign — for example, CallCore TX - Call Activity Reporting.

4. Open the assignments list Click Manage Assignments.

5. Add users Click Add Assignments, tick the checkbox next to each user you want to assign, then click Assign.

The change takes effect immediately — users do not need to log out and back in.

Checking who has a permission set

To see which users already have a particular permission set assigned:

  1. Open Setup and navigate to Permission Sets.
  2. Click the name of the permission set.
  3. Click Manage Assignments.

The list shows every user currently assigned to that permission set.

To check which permission sets a specific user has, go to Setup → Users, click the user's name, and scroll down to the Permission Set Assignments related list.
